If you’re a knitter (or non-knitter) who’s ever thought of branching out in new directions, we’ve got plenty of options coming up in the next few months. Needle-felting is great fun and needs no experience. In our Sculpting With Felting Needles class, February 9, we’ll teach you how to make small objects like animals and flowers with unspun yarn and a needle. The options are endless! If you’ve ever wanted to weave but were leery of huge looms, we can teach you on one of our 10- or 15-inch Cricket looms. A full-day introductory class is coming up on Feb. 22. For aspiring spinners, we have a group that meets every first Friday of the month. We also offer drop-spindling classes (the next one in March), and have lovely, portable Sidekick wheels for purchase. We also teach crochet, needlepoint and more. Check our classes page for more details, and widen your fiber...

Kenzie, a terrific all-around yarn that combines New Zealand Merino wool, angora, nylon, alpaca and silk. The colors are softly heathered and it knits up at 5 stitches an inch. Luxair Print. The lovely Luxair combo of alpaca and metallic glints now comes in colors as well as natural shades. Double-wides, new supersized needle cases from Namaste. They come in bright shades of red, orange, lime and turquoise and have room for all your circulars and...
